There's something so pure and magical about those lazy, hazy days of summer. It makes me feel like a kid again. Some lazy things I love...*Running (well, rolling...) through the sprinklers.
*Sitting outside and watching the white, fluffy clouds go by.
*Reading from my endless stack of magazines.
*Watching episodes of The Golden Girls.
*Writing more lyrics.
What about you, friends? What are your lazy summer go-to activities?

those pictures are delightful!
Sprinklers were a big one for me when I was a kid. That and making bracelets out of pine needles. Now my favorite summertime lazy thing to do is pack a picnic and head to the park in the evening to enjoy the free outdoor concerts. Very chill and a nice way to spend a summer night.
Hmm... I love outdoor barbeques and sitting outside on the patio. I love going to the beach and reading. I love it staying light outside later :)
Lovely post lady! My fave lazy summer days to-do is cooking, eating, drinking rose and flipping through my favorite glossies. Ahhh, if only that could happen everyday!
Lovely post and photos!!! My ideal summer's day has to be the one I've posted on today's blog entry....endlesss cider, sunshine and live music at Glastonbury.

I love laying in the park & cloud watching on those lazy days of summer. =)
My kids are finishing school today so I think I'm going to have sprinklers cloud watching coming up in my future. I love spending the days at the beach. That's how I know summer is here...Carol
We have a great park near us where I love to go with a blanket and a mag...Ahh it’s so fun and relaxing :) Kisses darling and those photos are so adorable :) Muah

Love these pictures! Perfectly wonderful summer activities too! My favorite is to spend a day in the park, amongst nature. So relaxing!
Cute pictures! And summer is a delightful season, isn't it? I love going to the beach and feeling the warm sand soft as powder :)
I love your blog Melissa:)
I'm so excited for the Golden Girls marathon this Monday.
I find it quite sad that I can relate to the lives of middle aged women, but Estelle Getty is priceless.
