My sister is a jeans and buttoned shirt kind of girl now, but when she was in preschool, she was obsessed with dresses. She had this rainbow dress (shown above) that she insisted on wearing practically every single day. So I can't help but smile when I see that maxi skirts are making a comeback. Was she a trendsetting pioneer? Oh, I think so. Here are the four I'm loving right now (they're giving me the twirling fever again!)...
River Island belted maxi skirt, $51.23; Vila maxi skirt, $47.57; Whistles pleated Carrie skirt, $228.69; Floral printed maxi skirt, $54.89.

Blimey, that Carrie skirt by Whistles is expensive in the States. It's sold here in the UK for £90 which, by my calculations is $142.33
haha, i know, beautiful. it's fun to dream, isn't it? :)
Thanks for commenting on my blog! I love the skirts you posted--especially the pleated Carrie skirt--if only I could fit that price into my college budget!
i love the long red one! great picks. xo
Number for, the little floral number - *swoon*.
I love the long skirts. However, my job won't allow dresses or skirts....strictly dress slacks. But still, i can love them. They are practically everywhere here in the states...in just about all department stores, so the price can range to very inexpensive (for my budget) to pretty costly. and of course, in any style to suit any taste.
