I love the idea behind the Branding 10,000 Lakes project: Create unique logos for all of Minnesota's lakes! "Lake logos have a tendency to be, well, fairly ugly. This project was created to rethink what they could be," said creator Nicole Meyer. The result? One lake. One logo. Every day. As Nicole says, it should only take a little more than 27 years. Oh, how fun! My cousins live just outside Minneapolis...I bet they'd love to see this! I have great memories of staying on a lake with them one summer. I wish I could remember what it was called...
