10 things it's OK to obsess over, so this week, I thought it would be fun to discuss the little things in life that we can stop worrying about already. These minor things somehow got on our Must-Worry List (you have one of those lists, right? Please tell me I'm not the only one...), and more often than not, these worries tend to get lodged in our brains and get stuck there. So we worry and obsess. Worry and obsess.

To prefer to spend time with your cats on the weekend: Let's face it, they're the only animals on the planet who love you unconditionally and actually appreciate your quirks.
To perfect your Oscar acceptance speech in the mirror: Hey, a girl's got to be prepared for these things! You don't want to be reduced to a blubbering mess someday, do you?
To spend the afternoon sprinting through the park and going down the huge slide, multiple times: You don't remember the last time you smiled so much or laughed until your stomach hurt. Best. Day. Ever.
